Support for children’s camp
connects woodworking suppliers
Colonial Saw has joined with Lamello’s CNC
manufacturing partner Komo Machine, Inc.
and Universal Forest Products to help produce
project parts for Camp Good Days, a residential summer camp in Branchport, New York, for
children with cancer or those who have (or
have lost) a parent or sibling with cancer.
Universal Forest Products is supplying wood,
Thursday, August 23
and Komo is producing CNC-routed parts
for more than 100 campers’ projects live at
their booth at IWF (#6734) not only to help the
camp, but also to add public awareness. Jim
Kadec of Komo, at the router, said,”I could
have used a camp like this when my father
passed away, so it means a lot more to me.”
