Revolutionary saw speeds short-run
and batch-one cutting
Premier EuroCase adopts robotic saws that manages
panel handling and organizes cut parts.
Premier EuroCase has invested in what it is call- ing a “revolutionary robotic saw” for batch size one and
short-run custom cutting. The Homag
HPS 320 flex Tec from Stiles Machinery
is specifically designed for single panel
processing with unlimited recuts and
flexible cutting patterns.
Based in Denver, Colorado, Premier
EuroCase will be the first company in
North America to acquire two of these
robotic saws as it continues to grow its
fleet of intelligent technology, including
a fully autonomous edgebanding line arriving in the first quarter of 2019.
Premier EuroCase is an early adopter
of new machinery that improves cost
and efficiencies. According to the
company, the overall design of the HPS
320 flex Tec was optimized down to the
last detail, including the extra-thin saw
The Homag HPS 320 flexTec robotic saw works in conjunction with the Intellistore panel storage and retrieval system that Premier Eurocase
previously added to its factory. “We invest in the latest technologies,” said Andy Wilzoch, president of Premier EuroCase.
